Before Use:
Shake
Always shake the magnetic eyeliner for a few seconds before each use and screw the cap back on tightly after use to prevent the product from drying out.
Trim
If the lash is too wide and possibly sticks out, it can be trimmed to eye width. Be sure to cut the lash band so that the end forms a magnet.
Make flexible
It's also advisable to make your lashes a little more flexible. The lash band might be a bit stiff, causing the ends to come loose. Do this by grasping both ends of the lash band and then moving them past each other in a C-shape. This will make the lash band more flexible and conform better to your eye.
1. Apply the magnetic eyeliner
Apply two coats of eyeliner to your upper lash line. Draw a line as thick as the size of the magnets on your lashes, as close to the roots as possible.
Make sure the line you draw is long enough to support all the magnets on the lashes. Draw from the center outward, starting where your natural lashes begin and ending where they end.
Wait about 30 seconds, depending on how much eyeliner you've applied. Once the eyeliner has dried, you can apply your lashes.
Tip:
- If you feel more comfortable with your own 'normal' eyeliner, you can use our magnetic eyeliner as a top layer.
2. Apply the magnetic eyelashes
Remove the magnetic lashes from their case and apply them with an applicator instead of your fingers to keep them in top condition.
Slowly bring the magnets on the lash band into contact with the magnetic eyeliner. You'll see the magnets automatically click onto the eyeliner. Then, press the magnets into place to secure the lashes.
Make sure the lash band is as close to your natural lashes as possible. You can pinch the magnetic lash and your natural lash together to ensure this happens.
Tips:
- Place the lashes about 1 cm away from the inner corner of your eye, so that they don't bother you.
We recommend not applying mascara to your lashes. Contact with the lashes can damage them prematurely, resulting in hair loss.
After Use:
To delete
The magnetic lashes can be easily removed at any time by gently pulling the lashes away from your eyelid, starting from the outer corner.
The magnetic eyeliner can be removed from your eyelids using a makeup wipe and our makeup remover. We've specially developed this makeup remover to easily remove magnetic eyeliner.
Let the makeup wipe rest on your eyelid for about 30 seconds to allow the makeup remover to absorb. This will make the eyeliner easier to remove.
Cleaning
If there's eyeliner on the magnets, you can use your thumbnail to scrape off as much as possible. Use a cotton swab and non-oil-based makeup remover to clean off any residue.
Tip:
- Try to avoid contact between the lash hairs and water as much as possible, as this can prematurely damage the curl and shape!
