RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At MAYSON Cosmetics, we believe it's important that you're satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes you change your mind or a product isn't quite what you expected.
That's why we offer you the option to exchange or return your order within 100 days of receipt. We're happy to make the process as easy as possible for you.
How do returns work?
1. Visit our returns portal by clicking here
Enter your email address and order number, and select which product(s) you wish to return.
2. Receive a shipping label
Checkout and automatically receive the shipping label to return your order.
3. Send your return
After receiving the shipping label, you can return the package to a parcel point.
4. Refund or exchange
Once we have received your return in good order, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.

5. Order the desired product
After returning the unwanted product(s), you can then order the desired product(s) on our website.
We handle every request personally and with care, and are ready to help you with any questions or concerns. You can rest assured that we will process your return correctly and that we always strive for a smooth and pleasant experience, even if you decide to return (part of) your order.
