All orders are typically delivered within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the shipping method you choose. We ship our orders in protective packaging to ensure your purchase isn't damaged during transport. We take responsibility for your order and guarantee that it arrives in good condition.
Delay

Change/Cancel
Changing or canceling your order is only possible if you notify us on the same day you place your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the incorrect address, so please be sure to check this carefully during checkout.
Shipping options
Free Shipping
We always offer customers the option of free delivery for orders over €50 through "Free Shipping." We cover all shipping costs and deliver your order within 2-3 business days.
Standard Shipping
For orders under €50, you can choose to have your order shipped via Standard Shipping. This includes Track & Trace and takes 2-3 business days.
Priority Shipping
You can also choose Priority Shipping, which includes Track & Trace and guarantees next-day delivery if ordered before 11:59 PM. Your order is also insured against theft and damage.
